This place is clean with a tidy room and bathroom, and the staff members are very friendly and polite, plus you can enjoy great views of the city.

it had central location close to madan lal dhingra statue. plenty of food items served for delicious and tasty breakfast.

Very well maintained building and rooms as with balcony. Early check-in and late check-out, caring staff. Excellent location, not too far away from a poignant park. The hotel next to a temple and a museum.

The service at the hotel restaurant was slow and there was a mix-up with our food order. This left our group without essential items for our meals and we had a negative interaction with one staff member over it.

The safe in our room wasn't working properly and despite asking for it to be fixed multiple times, it was not addressed during our one-night stay. This was frustrating as we couldn't leave our valuables in the safe.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sawera Grand. The location was good, although the narrow roads made it difficult for taxis to navigate.

Even though it is situated in a congested market area, it offers a comfortable stay. the clean and well-maintained rooms, along with excellent service and breakfast, promise a pleasant stay. the beautiful view of the city from the room is a plus.
